How we handle the details you send us.
TRXLLR is the controller for personal data collected through this website. TRXLLR is based in London, and you can reach us at admin@trxllr.com. This policy covers the details you give us when you ring, email or use the contact form on this site.
What we collect and why
Your name, hotel or group, role, number of rooms, project phase, phone number, and what you tell us was left out. We use it to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange the gap report or the works. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started, or taking steps at your request before a contract.
We do not sell your details or add them to marketing lists. Enquiries are held on our website platform (Wix), in our email, and in the business software we use to manage enquiries and projects. Those providers act only on our instructions and must keep the data secure. Where a provider stores data outside the UK, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it, and your rights
If an enquiry does not go ahead, we keep it for up to two years from our last contact and then delete it. If you become a client, we keep project and contract records for six years after the work ends, which is the period in which a contract claim can be brought, and keep financial records for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete enquiry data sooner.
Our website platform uses cookies to make the site work and to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy to take elsewhere, at any time by emailing admin@trxllr.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
